Academic Leader 21st Century Summer Program
Location: Brayton and Colegrove Park Elementary Schools
Description: Design, implement and assess summer learning program for a specific grade level, K-6. Summer programs are science-based but also reinforce ELA, math and SEL with a heavy emphasis on project-based learning. Summer programs require an aspect of physical activities, outdoor experiences, and opportunities for artistic expression. Summer programs are also supported by individuals who target particular skills (PE, ELA or math interventions,, etc.) so there is an opportunity for collaboration. Work with, and direct, assistants to help support student needs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Availability for program duration July 1, 2025, to July 25, 2025, for continuity of service provision. Prior experience delivering 21st Century (or similar) programming preferred.
Hours per day: 7 (8:00 am to 3:00 pm) Days per week: 5 (Mon-Friday, except July 4)
Anticipated Start Date: July 1, 2025.
Salary: $32/hour pending enrollment and grant funding.
