Student Behavioral Health and Support Team-Brayton-(5)

Location: Brayton Elementary School

Description:     

This team will meet outside of the school day for 6-8 meeting sessions April 2025-June 2025, plus conduct additional work between sessions to support student behavioral and emotional health. This team will review student level and school wide data to identify interventions, supports, and professional development strategies. Members of the team will provide such interventions, supports, and professional development sessions as applicable to their role. Members of the team should include a range of perspectives, such as deans/directors/coordinators, SACs, teachers, and support staff. The team will work collaboratively with the Project Coordinator and building principal to ensure alignment of practices across the school. Previous experience with the Multi-Tiered System of Support and Student Support Team model preferred but not required. Position is for the school year only and is for approximately 16 hours total.

QUALIFICATIONS:    Current Brayton Elementary staff member.

Salary: $600 stipend

Anticipated start date: April 7, 2025.
