COLEGROVE PARK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TO RECEIVE GOLDEN CELTICS BASKETBALL TO HONOR ‘ATTENDANCE ALL-STAR’ STATUS
Colegrove Park Elementary School is thrilled to announce a special ceremony to honor its remarkable, state-level achievement as an Attendance All-Star for the 2023-2024 school year. This honor is awarded to the top ten schools in Massachusetts with the most improved absenteeism rates. Colegrove is the only school in Berkshire County to receive the honor this year. The celebration will take place on Friday, August 30th, 2024, at 10:30 AM, in the school gymnasium.
In recognition of this achievement, the school will be presented with a golden basketball, autographed by the NBA Championship-winning Boston Celtics. This esteemed recognition highlights Colegrove’s exceptional commitment to student attendance and engagement, reflecting the collective efforts of students, faculty, staff, and families. The ceremony will bring together the entire school community, city officials, and members of the press.
The event will celebrate students' commitment to their education, the administration and faculty’s consistent support, and the collaborative spirit that has made this achievement possible. Families and the community are invited to attend the ceremony on August 30th, taking place at Colegrove Park Elementary School gymnasium, 24 Church Street, North Adams, MA.
